What we do
Next Door Photos—Grand Rapids empowers realtors, business owners and home builders with digital visual marketing solutions (photos, videos, 3-D models, aerials, floor plans, etc.) so they can get back to doing what they do best: running businesses and buying/selling houses. We have local, fully-trained visual media professionals stationed all along the Grand Rapids, Michigan which allows for quick lead times (same day or next day) and next day delivery.

As a locally-owned and GRAR-affiliated company, we care deeply about West Michigan and making it a better place to live & work. Our Team
Toby
Toby has been working with Next Door Photos for the last 3 years and became the owner of Next Door Photos GR in 2016. With a BA in Communication and Management from Hope College, Toby is passionate about building relationships with realtors, homeowners, and business owners and empowering them with high end visual marketing media. In his free time, Toby loves playing and coaching soccer, rock climbing, spending time with family and friends, and traveling.
RAQUEL
Raquel is NDP GR’s Operations Manager. She was born and raised in the Dominican Republic and graduated from Palm Beach Atlantic University in 2019 with a degree in International Business. She has been working with Next Door Photos for the last 3 years, always striving to provide the best possible service to NDP’s clients. During her free time, she loves staying active and doing anything outdoors, especially if it involves the water and a good hike.
TRENT
Trent joined the NDP team in 2015 and specializes in Photography, Aerials & 3D Modeling. In his free time, Trent enjoys photography, spending time with his friends and family, and anything outdoors related.
TIM
Tim is a graduate of Davenport University with a business degree in Sports Marketing. Following graduation, he spent four years in Massachusetts and Rhode Island working in the hockey equipment industry. When not shooting for NDP, He enjoys playing hockey and golf, traveling, attending and shooting concerts, and spending time with his dog, Hank.
OLIVIA
Olivia Ogden graduated from Kellogg Community College with a degree in photography and multimedia and she has been doing freelance work for about 7 years. When not behind the camera, Olivia enjoys all of the arts including dance, music, and theatre and continues to develop her passion for photography and travel!
VALERIE
Valerie is a graduate of Grand Valley State University with a bachelor’s degree in Photography. Her passion for both photography and interior design brought her into the world of real estate media with NDP in 2021. She has worked professionally in the digital media industry for ten years and loves collaborating with other creatives.
In her free time, Valerie loves thrifting, spending time with family, and traveling.
WESLEY
Wes has been exploring the world with photography for the past 20 years. He grew up in San Antonio, TX, and is now very proud to call West Michigan his home. He really enjoys serving NDP clients by giving them the best service and images possible. When not shooting for NDP, Wes can be found creating images for craft breweries and distilleries or exploring the outdoors with his family.
AUSTIN
Austin Coyer is a freelance photographer living in Grand Rapids with a BA in Communications. He’s been taking photos since he could walk and has been doing it professionally for 3 years. In his free time he enjoys doing nature and wildlife photography.
KRISTOPHER
Kris is our Mid-Michigan Media Pro and resides in Big Rapids. He has enjoyed working in a variety of areas in photography for the last 20 years. He is passionate about his work, and not only strives to provide amazing photos, but also a great customer experience. When not behind a camera, he enjoys golfing, outdoor activities, and spending time with family and friends.

I’ve been working in media for nearly a decade now. Looking forward to working with owners and real estate agents across Grand Rapids!
TYLER
Tyler Geitman graduated from Ferris State University with a bachelor’s degree in TV & Digital Media Production. He has worked with all different types of media and has passion behind everything he works on. In his free time, Tyler enjoys photography, videography, exercising, video games, and spending time with friends and family.
